There is no denying, the public health landscape is transforming. Leading transformation means leading without knowing the answers ahead of time. It means surfacing differing perspectives so that the desired change can “emerge” collaboratively. What skill-sets do we need to foster for this? Transformational change requires a shift in mindset and the ability to manage ourselves and help others through the discomfort that comes with change.

Please join us for the “Leading Transformation in Public Health” community webinars focused on how to lead in the complex adaptive times we're facing. Led by certified executive coach and facilitator Ellen Melis, the webinars are your space for learning, sharing and connection. We will tackle your questions and tricky situations, and invite you to share what has worked for you.

Registration deadline is September 16, 2019

Please also fill out this short questionnaire. Your responses will help us find tools and build the webinar on topics that are pertinent to you.
