Please join us on November 21 in downtown Toronto for a Community of Practice "Leading People Through Coaching and Mentoring in times of Transformative Change" facilitated by Julia Roitenberg, the Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Child and Family Health Division at York Region Public Health.  Her areas of passion include strategic planning, quality improvement and innovation.  Through coaching and strong facilitation skills, Julia helps people and organizations create a vision of their preferred future and accomplish it through goal setting, awareness raising, purposeful action and accountability. 

The OPHNL's Annual General Meeting will follow the morning session.  A guest panel comprised of Dr. Michelle Acorn, Provincial Chief Nursing Officer, Dr. David Williams, Chief Medical Officer of Health, Alison Blair, Assistant Deputy Minister and Executive Lead for Public Health Modernization at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Kate Mulligan, Director of Policy and Communications at the Alliance for Healthier Communities and professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, will discuss systems change in health care.

Lunch will be provided.
