The OPHNL 2023 Fall Workshop will focus on leadership issues in a post-pandemic public health context. Highlights include:
- Meet public health nursing leaders during Networking Opportunities
- Enjoy a thought provoking and humorous Key Note Speaker Meg Sopher
- Listen to a Panel Discussion on the Preparation of our Current and Future Public Health Nursing Workforce (Panel Members including the Provincial Chief Nursing Officer, Schools of Nursing, Researchers, and the National Post Graduate Certificate PH Nursing Program).
- Refine your leadership skills by participating in a Leadership Workshop facilitated by the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario
Snacks, lunch and beverages will be provided. Please advise if you have any dietary restrictions.
OPHNL Workshops are traditionally only open to OPHNL members. However, as part of OPHNL’s post-pandemic leadership drive, this year’s workshop is open to nurses in non-union leadership positions as well as Nursing/Professional Practice Leaders identified by their Chief Nursing Officer. Please share with your colleagues!
There is a limit of 80 attendees. Priority will be given to OPHNL members.
